Empowerment and Opportunity

We have all attended dozens of conferences. However, can you count on one hand how many have left you feeling empowered? Excited? Ready to lead? If I am being honest, not a single one...until now! You are cordially invited to Portland's First Women's Empowerment Summit. Here you will have the opportunity to meet Portland's resources, hear inspiring stories from strong women and most importantly, you will leave ready to conquer your best YOU.

Prepare to be motivated, influenced and ready to go out and conquer your best self. You will hear from 3 women who have not only navigated their careers in a man-driven space but they are joining us to share their personal stories of perseverance, grit and passion for success. 


Followed by Speaker Panel and Q& A. Our speakers are like an open book. they all encourage the opportunity to answer questions.

Jennifer savage- Talkdesk

Jennifer Savage is a Regional Channel Manager for CCaaS company, Talkdesk. However, it has been a long road of experience and grit to get where she is today. Jennifer was a single mother at the age of 18, attended Santa Clara University with a young son, lead his boy scout troop, while working and volunteering with him. Upon graduation, Jennifer grinded at work, while discovering her love of ultra-running, and physical fitness. At the height of Jennifer’s fitness journey, she was sidelined by a major cerebral injury. Jennifer is extremely Grateful and feels Blessed to continue to work, workout, and experience life without disability. Jennifer lives in San Jose, with her son (now 20 years old)

Molly Burdick- NIKE

Molly is a true survivor. A woman not defined by her challenges ,but inspired by them. Her story will empower you! 

"I'm a Congenital Heart Disease survivor who advocates heart health and living a life without limits through fitness, healthy eating, and outdoor adventures. I reside in Portland, Oregon with my husband, and son, and am a Senior Product Manager at Nike, focused on digital retail technology tools. . You can learn more about me by following my blog/website HeartsForAdventure.org "

Alicia Heddon- chargifi

A mother of 2 boys, public speaker, an advocate for those underserved and a woman in tech, having spent 15+ years navigating the challenges of working in a male-dominated career. Alicia openly shares her story of abuse, family tragedy and the perseverance to re-write her life story. 

"People often ask me where my passion comes from. Hands down, it comes from a true internal hunger of growing up with very little and since I was young knowing I wanted better. Many would say my upbringing was the perfect storm for a troubled road. However,  that internal drive, the blessing of being surrounded by a village of wonderful women and a mother with a work ethic most people can't comprehend, led me to the beautiful story I live today."
